Please note that the individual who submits the order must be the cardholder whose name appears on the credit card.

Standard Delivery

If you choose Standard Delivery, your Fedko Jewelry creation should arrive within 2-5 days from the date of your order. Complimentary Standard Delivery is offered for all orders.


Express Delivery

If you choose Express Delivery, your Fedko Jewelry creation should arrive within two business days from the date of your order. If the express delivery option is not available upon checkout, it may mean that additional time is required to process and ship your selection.

Holidays & Special Occasions

Any noted dates regarding delivery in time for holidays are calculated using the express delivery option for readily available items. To ensure your creation will be ready for your special occasion, we recommend placing your orders before these dates, allowing enough time for potential payment reviews, carrier holds, or other unexpected circumstances which may cause delay.

Creations purchased online may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our Conditions of Sale.

You may return your creation to Fedko Jewelry within 7 days of receipt, for exchange or refund to the original credit card.
Please note that we may only accept returns within 7 days of purchase for items that are unworn and in pristine condition.
You may return or exchange your Fedko Jewelry creation in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them. Fedko Jewelry will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective.

Items that have been personalized, special order, and made-to-order creations cannot be returned to Fedko Jewelry for exchange or refund.
Items from the High Jewelry and Titanium collections, are final sale.
